Noble Coyote 'Coyote' Mezcal

Based in San Luis Amatlan (Oaxaca), Noble Coyote uses four different types of local agave to produce their line of single-origin mezcals, crafted by knowledgeable ‘Maestro Mezcaleros.’ Each bottle depicts the specific agave type, lot, mezcalero, and bottle number, making every creation uniquely authentic. ‘Coyote’ is a 12 year aged, twice distilled mezcal, showing woody notes of pepper, vanilla, and spice, with a wet stone-like mineral finish.
