Rene Geoffroy Ratafia de Champagne NV

‘Ratafia’ is the word used to describe sweet beverages whose flavor profiles resemble bitter almonds and biscuits flavored as such. This unique bottling is produced from Fine de Champagne distilled to 60% ABV. The distillate is then aged for eight months in oak and is ultimately blended with saignée-method Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
