Bereche 'Rilly-La-Montagne' 1er Cru Extra Brut Champagne 1999

Bérêche et Fils was founded in 1847, creating complex, terroir-driven Champagne for over 150 years. Now headed by the young and innovative duo, Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, the family’s nine hectares of fruit are farmed chemical-free & biodynamically, with cork closures used for secondary fermentation. The 1999 ‘Rilly-la-Montagne’ is a 55/45 blend of Pinot Noir and Chard, finished with 3g of dosage; complex, toasty, and insanely food friendly.
