Fattoria Moretto Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro 'Monovitigno' 2015

Located in the hills of Emilia-Romagna’s Castelvetro, Fattoria Moretto’s vineyards are deeply rooted into silt-clay soils, creating terroir-driven Lambrusco with a serious sense of place. Vines have been certified organic since 1997, manually harvested and vinified in the Charmat method. ‘Monovitigno’ is frothy and dry, with notes of red & blue berries, with notes of herbs and an energetic, firm acidity. Almost too easy to drink!
