Jaimee Motley Chenin Blanc 'Norgard' Mendocino 2016

Maryland native Jaimee Motley moved to San Francisco and began working at RN74. She fell in love with wine and transitioned to harvest work in both hemispheres, finally accepting a winemaker position at Wind Gap/Pax Cellars in 2015, branching off on her own just a few years ago. The 2016 Chenin shows notes of lemon, green apple skin, and honey; bright acidity gives way to a long finish. A solid bottle from one of our dear friends!
