Vincent Paris Cornas 'Granit 30' 2015

With 21 vintages under his belt, Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing high quality wines from six hectares of vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather, ranging up to 90 years in age. ‘Granit 30’ refers to the soil and age of the vines; the 2015 shows notes of cherry, plum, cassis, violets, pepper, and stones. Delicious in its youth, though will age impeccably.
