I Brand & Family Cabernet Franc 'Bayly Ranch' Central Coast 2017

After a decade of intimately studying the terroir of Monterey Bay, Ian and Heather Brand founded I Brand & Family. The duo crafts site-specific wines from a unique array of vineyard blocks within the Monterey region. This varietal Cabernet Franc is whole bunch fermented and macerates for 22 days, followed by 20 months of aging in neutral oak and bottle before release. The wine is juicy, food-friendly, & makes a stellar pairing for burger night!
