Breyton Croze-Hermitage Blanc 2015

Headed by Jacques Breyton, this namesake Rhone based estate comprises eight hectares throughout Crozes-Hermitage. After years of selling his fruit to the local co-op, Jacques finally began bottling wines under his own name in 2005, using organic and biodynamic practices in the process. This 65/35 Marsanne-Roussanne blend is vinified entirely in steel; notes of ripe peach, lime, and minerals dominate. Round, with low-acidity; a great food wine!
