A fizzy blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc from France. Light, lively, and fruity with crisp apple freshness. A low in alcohol, bottle fermented Pét-nat to drink fresh with summer salads, grilled seafood, or sushi. This wine could also be enjoyed an aperitif — we're thinking on the patio or front stoop. (To quote the producer: "lovely lil' bubbles.)

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and minimal filtering. No sulphites added.
