Founded in 1952 in the village of Bué, Domaine Bailly-Reverdy is regarded for its large diversity of vineyard plots, which covers a total of 23 sustainably farmed hectares. Fruit-forwardness, acidity, and structure gorgeously collide in this flinty, citrus-driven wine, showing flavors of grapefruit, gunsmoke, and lime. Pair with freshly shucked oysters or fresh goat cheese. One of Sancerre’s best!
