Certified organic for 40+ years and biodynamic for over 20, Domaine de l’Ecu has pioneered natural viticulture in the Loire for decades, believing in the strong potential of producing terroir-driven Muscadet wines. The 2016 ‘Classic’ ferments with indigenous yeast, aging extensively on the lees. Rich, yet balanced by acidity, the wine is perfect with oysters and fresh seafood.
