Founded in 1987 by Emilio Rojo, a former engineer who returned to his native land to resuscitate old vineyards and traditional winemaking techniques. Rojo’s two hectares lie on granitic soils, planted with indigenous varieties, all farmed organically. His ‘Ribeiro Blanco’ is Treixadura dominant, rounded out with Loureiro, Lado, Albarino, and Torrontes. Rocky, mineral-driven, and salty fresh.
