Regarded as the greatest producer of Chablis, Francois Raveneau’s bottles show a quality and consistency unlike any other. With almost 15 years of age on it, the 2005 ‘Foret’ is showing undeniable grace and sophistication, a consistency that only Raveneau could master. Chalky and insanely mineral-driven, with notes of dried citrus and we stone, with ample amounts (still!) of vibrant acidity. Mind-blowingly good!
