Fruit comes from high-elevation sites and all must is spontaneously fermented. The ‘Eisacktaler’ Riesling shows notes of energetic citrus, lime peel, white flowers, and crushed rocks, with lip-tingling acidity giving way to a vibrant, bright finish.
