Manuel Cantalapiedra Vino de Mesa Verdejo 'Lirondo' 2018

This organic/biodynamic varietal Verdejo is produced at the hands of one of Rueda’s top producers. This ripe and citrus-driven bottle oozes with flavors of tart apple, tangy citrus, and river stones. Eight months of lees aging adds rich texture and pleasant weightiness to the wine’s mid-palate. Pair with baked seafood, paella, or rich poultry dishes.
