Regis Minet Pouilly Fume VV 2017

Régis Minet is a passionate Loire valley vigneron, taking over the work his grandfather began in the mid 20th century. The estate now comprises 11 hectares of vines, creating flinty, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc based wines. The 2017 ‘VV’ ferments natively and ages for six months on fine lees in steel, creating a fleshy, mineral-driven wine full of mouthwatering acidity and bright citrus notes. Pair with chilled seafood & fresh green salads.
