New to the scene in Wachau, Peter Veyder-Malberg seeks to understand the region’s unique microclimates and terroirs through each of his cuvées. Peter has worked 20 harvests across Austria, committed to organic farming and working by hand. The 2016 ‘Libedich’ is harvested by tractor and bottled under screw cap; stony and white pepper driven, noted with flavors of bright citrus. Perfect with sushi or salads.
