Formerly Podere San Giuseppe, Stella di Campalto was established in 1910, revived in 1992 post World Wars. Located in the southeast portion of Montalcino, the estate’s 5.5 hectares of vines are farmed all organically, with biodynamic principles implemented. ‘Beatrice’ 2011 comes from a highly regarded vintage, showing notes of sappy cherry, dark berries, and tobacco. Serve alongside red meats and burgers.
