Orchard notes on the nose lead to a creamy mouthfeel balanced with a linear minerality. This is the flagship Chard from family-run Bergström Wines, crafted to achieve the ideal balance of acidity, texture, and mouthfeel. We think it would be beautiful with wild salmon or Dungeness crab — ingredients reminiscent of the bounty of Oregon.
