Caprili Brunello di Montalcino 2014

Located in the southwest corner of Montalcino, Caprili has been crafting wines from their 21 hectares since 1965, with the estate now headed by Giacomo Bartolommei. Sandier soils give way to bright, aromatic wines, produced in a traditional yet natural style. The 2014 Brunello shows classic flavors of red fruit, cedar, tobacco, and spice, with chew tannins and vibrant acidity creating a structured, seriously ageworthy bottle.
