A unique blend of Syrah and Chardonnay that shows off the meaty, savory, and dark-fruited side of Syrah. 

Direct-press Chardonnay with whole-cluster Syrah which floats in the juice, hence the name Lavalamp.  A technique known as as “flottaison” (flotation) or “trempouiller” (to dip, to soak) in France.
