“These vines verge on wild, and sadly there is an attrition every year. We may only have another vintage or two of this wine,” James says. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine gives tons of tropical, and peach orchard flavors, with a balance of acidity and tannins and a firm, medium body. Skin and stem contact offer structure.
