Great value Cabernet from Central California’s Paso Robles region. 4% inclusion of Petit Verdot adds weight and depth, while 2% Cab Franc brings earthy spice to this textured, delicious wine. No stems or whole clusters included, with malo completed post-pressing. Aged predominantly in stainless steel to preserve fruit-forwardness.
