Weingut Prager’s 17.5 hectares are located on steep terraces across some of the Wachau’s best growing sites. Fruit is hand-harvested and vinified in inox, which creates steely, precise, and elegant wines that show a serious sense of place. Fruit for this cuvée comes from 80-year-old vines and is meticulously vinified in cellar. Notes of juicy citrus, salt, and wet stones dominate this pungent and peppery cuvée. This wine is hands down one of our favorite expressions of this Austrian variety.
