Sandlands Syrah Santa Lucia Highlands 2017

Produced at the hands of Tegan Passalacqua (winemaker and vineyard manager at Turley), this 100% whole-cluster Syrah is herb-driven and extremely textured. Notes of savory black fruits, cracked pepper, olive brine, and wildflowers jump from the palate. Restrained and lengthy, this ‘old-school’ Syrah is hands-down one of our favorite New World expressions of this sultry variety.
