Stolpman Syrah 'So Hot' Ballard Canyon 2017

Located 15 miles off the Pacific Coast, Stolpman Vineyards is situated in Ballard Canyon, benefiting from various microclimates and large diurnal temperature swings. Vines were planted in 1992, with plantings covering nearly 50 hectares. ‘So Hot’ ferments whole-cluster with native yeasts in steel and concrete, aged in French puncheons.
