Located 15 miles off the Pacific Coast, Stolpman Vineyards is situated in Ballard Canyon, benefiting from various microclimates and large diurnal temperature swings. Vines were planted in 1992, with plantings covering nearly 50 hectares. This Trousseau Pet-Nat is a joint venture between Pete Stolpman and Rajat Parr, popping with flavors of zesty apple and cherry, with a soft fizz. Insanely easy to drink!
