Located in the eastern part of Touraine, Christian Venier farms his six hectares of vines all organically, with non-interventionist techniques implemented in the cellar. This 80/20 blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay is hand harvested and carbonically macerated, keeping the wine light, bright, and full of crunchy red fruit.
