Operated by Nicoletta De Fermo and Stefano Papetti, Da Fermo focuses on indigenous Abruzzese varieties, with biodynamic principles implemented in the vineyards. The 2016 ‘Le Cince’ rosé show a gorgeous bright pink in the glass, giving way to floral, fruit-forward aromas of roe and raspberry. The palate is extremely refreshing and lively, with vibrant and energetic, full of meaty cherry notes-- perfect for all things grilled!
