Domaine Gasnier Chinon Rose 2021

Fourth-generation Fabrice Gasnier farms his 25 hectares of vines organically and biodynamically, implementing hand-harvests and meticulous yield control. Vines average 45 years in age, creating concentrated final wines balanced by racy acidity. This varietal rosé is vinified in steel and aged five months on the lees, creating a textured, red-fruited wine full of savory, earth-driven undertones. Great with all things grilled!
