Domaine Zuria Ile de Beaute Rose 2017

Domaine Zuria is owned by Christian and Nadine Zuria, who farm three hectares of vines on a high-altitude plateau in Bonifacio. Their rosé is produced from gently pressed fruit that sees a few hours of skin contact, followed by natural fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Notes of tart berries, grapefruit, and sea salt dominate this ultra-refreshing palate. Perfect for sipping beneath the hot summer sun!
