Founded in 2007 by Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe, this small-production winery located in the heart of Burgenland creates their ‘family’ of wines all biodynamically, with utmost respect for the environment. Fruit for ‘Winifred’ rosé comes from 35 year old vines rooted in gravel soils. Cheerful and refreshing, the wine is serious, full of bright berry flavors and a seriously food-friendly nature.
