Herve Souhaut VdP Gamay 'La Souteronne' 2017

Hervé Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993, farming five hectares of old vines (50-100 years old) in the Rhone Valley. Souhaut produces his wines entirely from whole grape bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, giving way to balanced, elegant bottles across the board. ‘La Souteronne’ is a varietal Gamay, showing notes of red berries, smoky herbs, and minerals.
