Jolie-Laide Gamay 'Barsotti' El Dorado 2019

Fruit for this bright and lively Gamay comes from high-elevation red granitic soils in the heart of the Sierra Foothills. Partial carbonic maceration and whole cluster fermentation keeps the wine light on its feet. The wine is all things tart cranberry, pomegranate, and strawberries. Serve slightly chilled!
