Pierre Cotton Cote de Brouilly 2017

Former motorcycle mechanic turned vigneron, Pierre Cotton’s holdings now cover 5 hectares across some of Beaujolais’ most prestigious growing sites. Gamay for Cotton’s Cote de Brouilly comes from vines averaging 65 years in age, aged eight months in used oak. Organically farmed, vinified semi-carbonically, and produced sans soufre, the wine shows poppy red fruit flavors noted with earth and spice. Downright chuggable!
