Thibaud Boudignon Rose de Loire 2018

Bordeaux native Thibaud Boudignon is currently one of the most exciting producers in the Loire, producing organic wines under his own name since 2009. Fruit for his varietal Cab Franc rosé 100% comes from 35+ year old vines rooted in grey schist/sand soils. The must ferments naturally, then ages for 4-6 months in stainless steel. The final wine is refreshing and zesty, showing notes of red fruit, flowers, & peppery undertones. A true ‘food rosé!’
