Château de Béru and the family behind it have been a fixture in Chablis for 400 years. But it's this current generation — Comte Éric de Béru, his wife Laurence and their daughter Athénaïs — that planted the plots that fans can appreciate today. Organic and biodynamic practices, driven by an overall healthy mindset in the vineyard, delivers wines of crystalline quality. Just what we love to see coming out of one of the world's finest spots for Chardonnay. This bottle goes down with fresh seafood, young cheese, and fresh salads. It's one of our favorites for weekend lunch sipping.
