Chateau de Bonnezeaux’s rich history dates back to the 19th century, though it wasn’t until 2012, when Guyonne Saclier de Batie and Mark Angeli began reworking the soils, producing high quality Chenin from four hectares of vines. The 2017 ‘Vieille Vigne du Fief Prevost’ is rocky and mineral-driven, with notes of citrus, wet stones, and stone fruit. Pair with cheese boards or rich seafood dishes.
