Chateau des Quarts Pouilly Fuisse 'Clos des Quarts' 2015

Founded by Dominique Lafon and Olivier Merlin, Château des Quarts has become one of our favorite winemaker collaborations. Wines are produced at Merlin’s property in La Roche Vineuse, with both parties’ expertise playing a distinct role in the process. ‘Clos des Quarts’ is found in Chaintré, the most southerly village in all of Pouilly-Fuissé, consisting of just over two hectares. The wine oozes with stone fruit and beeswax flavors, dotted with stony, floral notes. We can’t get enough.
