Domaine Vacheron Sancerre 'Le Pave' 2020

This organic/biodynamic single-vineyard wine from Sancerre is Sauvignon Blanc in one of its finest forms. ‘Le Pavé’ comes from 25-year-old vines and is barrel-vinified in the heart of the appellation. Notes of crisp green apple, lemon rind, and flinty seashells lead to a round yet thirst-quenching finish.
