Crafting wines under his own name, separate from the family estate, since 2008, Dominique Lafon produces some of the richest, most respected white wines in all of the Cote d’Or. Vines are farmed organically and biodynamically, producing small quantities of highly sought-after wines. The 2016 Bourgogne Blanc is juicy and rich, with ripe stone fruit flavors and balanced, citrus-like acidity. Lengthy and luxurious; a steal for the price.
