Hervé Souhaut founded his Rhone-based estate back in 1993, which is comprised of five hectares of old vines. He produces his wines from whole bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, which leads to balanced and elegant bottles. ‘Les Marecos Blanc’ is a 50/50 blend of Marsanne and Roussanne marked by flavors of juicy peach, pear, and white flowers.
