Hervé Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993, known for his use of whole bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, giving way to balanced, elegant bottles. This Viognier dominant (70%) blend is rounded out with 30% Roussanne, long-macerated and fermented in wooden tanks, aged on fine lees, and bottled unfiltered. The final wine is aromatic and floral, with notes of tropical fruit, sappy pear, and baked apple.
