The Ochota Barrels began on a surf trip along the west coast of Mexico in a VW campervan. Amber Ochota and her late husband Taras decided to leave life on the road and return home to South Australia to create wine that they call "beautiful and holistic." An energetic, small batch Gamay from one of our (and the natural wine world’s) favorite producers in South Australia.
