Brash Higgins is the brainchild of Brad Hickey and Nicole Thorpe, both of whom have worked in various facets of the industry for decades. The duo has been organically farming vineyards in McLaren Vale since 1997 and continues to produce wine via long ferments and extended macerations. ‘FRNC’ is naturally fermented and aged eight months in French oak, leading to a juicy, pepper-driven wine marked by flavors of cedar, violet, red fruit, and meat.
