Brendan Stater-West Saumur Blanc 'Chapaudaises' 2016

After moving to France to teach English ten years ago, ex-pat Brendan Stater-West founded his namesake domaine in 2015, after falling in love with wine, working retail in Paris, and eventually, gained an apprenticeship under Romain Guiberteau. ‘Les Chapaudaises’ comes from a small one hectare plot, giving way to a salty, fruit-forward wine, full of apple, stone fruit, and mineral flavors.
