Grosset Riesling 'Polish Hill' Clare Valley 2021

This dry and lime-citrus driven Riesling from Australia is biodynamic and organic. It's good to go for vegans and vegetarians, bottled unfined and unfiltered too. This is ready to drink now but has the backbone to cellar for ages, the winemaker says it will hold for up to 25 years! We love this one for spicy food and sushi BOYB or picnics. So refreshing but with plenty of texture.
