Las Jaras Proprietary Red 'Glou Glou' Mendocino 2018

Founded by Joel Burt and Eric Wareheim, Las Jaras seeks to create balanced, low-alcohol wines full of juicy food-friendliness and supple character. ‘Glou Glou’ is a Carignan dominant red blend, carbonically macerated, fermented natively, and aged in a combination of steel and oak. Tart and tasty, the wine’s zesty acid and poppy red fruit flavors come alive pizza and barbecue. Serve chilled!
