Founded by Joel Burt and Eric Wareheim, Las Jaras seeks to create balanced, low-alcohol wines full of juicy food-friendliness and supple character. For the 2018 rosé vintage, the duo switched from varietal Carignan to a Zinfandel dominant (78%) assemblage, blended with 7 other varieties. Grapes are whole cluster pressed and vinified on lees in steel, creating a textured, thirst-quenching rosé perfect for barbecues outside!
