Maxime Magnon IGP Vallee du Paradis 'La Demarrante' 2016

Based in Corbieres, Maxime Magnon produces a mere 1700 cases annually, which are truly some of the best coming out of the region. After studying under Jean Foillard, Magnon implements the same natural practices he learned in Beaujolais, championing terroir-driven fruit and a hands-off mentality. ‘La Demarrante’ is a blend of Carignan and Cinsault, aged in both steel and oak; expressive and thirst-quenching, especially when served with a chill.
